Our overseas railway wagons orders working procedures:
1. Quotation stage
Customers provide technical requirement like: application, pay load, speed, axle load limit, structural limit gauge, coupler type, air brake type, and some special dimension requirements to us.
We will provide our basic prices and our primary design for you to evaluate.
2. Contract stage
Once we reached agreements commercially and technically, we sign the contracts and start the project by receiving 30% advance payment.
Then we make detail design and transfer production drawings.
Then we undertake the raw materials and components procurement and start fabrication.
3. Factory acceptance test
For some new models, we may invite customer to conduct FAT for the 1st wagon.
Then we continue batch production.
4. Shipping
Before we completed production, we will inform customer the ready-shipping date and coordinate with the balance payment and shipping plan.
The railway wagons are normally shipped by bulk carrier and we will provide loading and unloading instructions to customers.
5. Site acceptance test
When the wagons arrive at customer site, we will dispatch our engineers to customer site to guide the commissioning and maintenance.
And in case of any issues, we will solve within shortest time.
