Fruits/Vegetables Railway Reefer Containers Refrigerated Railway Wagon

1. Brief introduction:

Railway reefer containers are the most common tools to transport easily spoil foods, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products from farms to consuming markets by railway. The reefer containers could be handled and transported by railway, road and by sea, realizing port to port, warehouse to warehouse transportation.
The complete transportation train is composed of locomotive, railway container flat wagons, reefer containers with generators and oil tanks. 
Two factors are essential for reefer containers. One is the critical temperature. The temperature inside the container must be controlled and not affected by outside atmosphere for the benefits of goods inside the container. Another important factor is the ventilation. The ventilation shall be efficiently circulated in the right way as many fruits and vegetables constantly release gases and moistures.
Especially on railway, the reefer containers are mounted with diesel power generator set to provide power for the refrigerators. The oil tank volume is selected according to the whole delivery time between oil stations.
As to the railway container flat wagons, the sizes, loads, rail gauge could all be customized by customer specific requirements.

3. External generator set

The SCGC-1GPAR railway ISO refrigerated container transport external diesel generator set is a diesel power generation equipment designed to provide three-phase power for refrigerated container refrigeration systems.
The frame of the diesel generator set is completely made of steel structure welded by heavy welding, and can withstand the impact and vibration of at least 5 times the gravitational acceleration force in any direction. The high-strength box structure and anti longitudinal and transverse installation methods make its operation more reliable and safe. This framework has obtained China Railway Safety Certification and has been verified for safety and reliability in China Railway.
