1. Brief introduction:

The casting bolster plays a crucial role in the cast steel three-piece truck bogie. It links the frames on both sides and helps distribute the weight of the car body down to the wheels and rails via the center plate or side bearings.
Bogie bolsters are typically made from cast steel through a casting method. They usually come with components like a wearing plate, a lower center plate, and fulcrum seats.
