1. Brief introduction:

The side frame plays a crucial role in the three-piece bogie used in railway vehicles. It links two wheel sets and carries the load of the car body from the suspension and bolster to the wheels and rails. Typically, side frames are manufactured from cast steel through a casting method, and they are frequently fitted with components such as column wear plates and chute wear plates.
We have been manufacturing various railway freight wagons for over ten years. And we have developed series bogies with different rail gauges and axle loads applicable for freight wagons. We could also design and manufacture the bogie side frames according to customer’s specific requirement.
