Railway Coupler Hook Chinese No.13 Coupler Casting Steel 60T Freight Wagons

1. Brief introduction

Chinese No.13 coupler is the main couplers for 60T pay load railway freight wagons. There are two models 13A and 13B. According to the opening position, No.13 couplers could be divided into upper acting and lower acting couplers.
The connect contours of No.13 couplers could be compatible with other Chinese coupler like No.2, No.16 and No.17. Chinese couplers are also compatible with AAR couplers for that they comply with the coupler contour standard AAR S106 10-A.
No.13 coupler is made of casting steel grade E. The coupler body’s min failure load is 4005KN, and the coupler knuckle’s 3430KN. The coupling clearance is 11.5mm, which can significantly improve the longitudinal dynamic performance of railway train. The coupler is complied with TB / T 456 standard.
The coupler is composed of coupler body, knuckle and other accessories.
