1. Brief introduction

The GKF70 is a specialized railway tank wagon for 1676mm broad gauge railway. It is designed for the efficient transportation of aluminum oxide (alumina) powder, with a bulk density range of 0.95–1.0 t/m³. It employs pneumatic fluidization technology for streamlined loading and unloading operations.
The GKF70 aluminum oxide powder tank wagon is designed specifically for the transport of aluminum oxide powder, with a unit weight ranging from 0.95 to 1.0 t/m³. Loading and unloading of the alumina powder occurs from the top of the wagon. To move the powder, compressed air is used to fluidize the material, which is then directed to a distant material tower through discharge pipelines.
This wagon features a structure that lacks a center beam and mainly comprises several parts: the tank assembly, traction pillow assembly, outer ladder assembly, air inlet pipeline assembly, air hand brake, coupler buffer device, bogie, and other components. The tank is constructed from Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel. It includes four feeding devices (one of which also serves as a manhole) and two unloading devices, along with an internal ladder positioned at the manhole. The fluidized system utilizes an improved fluidized bed, while the braking system consists of a type 120 control valve and an NSW hand brake machine. The draft gears include a No. 17 coupler and an MT-2 buffer, with K6 bogies supporting the wagon.
