1. Brief introduction

This cape gauge bogie is developed on basis of Chinese K6 ride control bogie. It is applicable to Southeast Asia Countries and African countries, wherever rail line is 1067mm cape gauge. Its typical feature is the small radius traffic ability.
This cape gauge bogie adopts three piece ride control structure. It is mainly composed of wheelsets assembly, side frame, roller bearing assembly, adapter, brake rigging, load spring, wedge and damping device, bogie side frame assembly. The bogie’s performance meets the criteria of GB/T5599 and its Intensity design comply with the regulations of TB/T1335. 

2. Main features:

• A classic 3-part bogie consists of a bolster, side frame, bearing adapter, bearings, and various essential materials that meet AAR standards.
• This design is made for small curves, which makes it ideal for the hilly paths in Southeast Asian countries.
• With a damping spring and control wedge, the damping system improves the stability and shock-absorbing abilities of the bogie.
